Day 25 Big Dreams Bootcamp – Self Belief

Welcome to Self-Belief.

We talked about the self-talk that was spiralling you south And you’ve started to hopefully make a demarcation And started to spiral yourself north in the Self-Talk section of Sabotage.

Now it’s self-belief.

I want you to identify down below the three beliefs that you are bumping up against.

Almost like Belief bumper cars. You keep bumping up against these beliefs.

In this sabotage: AKA energetic integration period of the Big Dreams cycle.

Your self-talk is almost like a clue of where the self-belief is coming from.

So if you’re getting these slight little pieces of self-talk going:

If you keep asking “Do I deserve this”, that self-talk is showing you the self-belief that gets to be worked on.

In sabotage this is where the big reoccuring beliefs come up:

Enoughness. Worthiness. Deservedness. Lovable.

Core value beliefs.

Identify the three. In sabotage.

If you’re not actually currently in sabotage, reflect into the past or project into the future and go:

“What are the three biggest beliefs that I will have to contend with after I’ve achieved this big dream?”

Or go back and look at:

“What are the biggest beliefs that I bumped up against the last time that I was in sabotage?”

Was it deservedness? Was it worthiness? Was it enoughness? Was it lovability?

Identify them. And I’m gonna invite you guys to do some BELIEFETICS sets on them.

So you guys know how to do this.

So this is less of a listening-to-me And it’s more of a doing activity.

ACTIONABLE: Do Beliefetics on yourself. AKA on your name.

What beliefs are coming up around SELF.

Sabotage is a journey with SELF.

And one of the most confronting Beliefetics practices.

Is when you do a set of BELIEFETICS on your… self.

It is not Beliefetics if you did not do the inspired action.

So find the inspired action from this set of Beliefetics on your SELF.

It could be to go for a walk that might be super healing or give you an inspired idea you haven’t thought of.

This is what we do in sabotage over and over and over again.

BELIEFETICS ON YOUR SELF.
